“I am a licensed social worker by profession, and after practicing as a mental health therapist for 12 years, I decided that what I had given my life too was no longer serving me in a way that made me feel excited to show up. I began to go through my process of self-discovery and soul care. Today, I thrive in spaces that fill from a holistic point of view. 

 

I now use both my professional expertise and personal experience to support women in creating a life that brings joy and purpose. I provide coaching and resources that will support transformation.
