Ashtin's Official Bio

Ashtin Anio, MSW, LMSW, is a licensed social worker, wellness practitioner, and the founder of The Resource Center LA, a behavioral health practice dedicated to supporting emotional well-being across the lifespan. With over a decade of experience in school-based and community mental health, Ashtin has worked extensively with children, adolescents, families, and women navigating life transitions.

Her professional journey began in the field of social work, where she gained deep experience providing counseling, emotional and behavioral support, and systems-based care within schools and community settings throughout Louisiana. As a licensed master social worker, Ashtin is known for her compassionate, grounded approach and her ability to create safe, affirming spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported.

Over time, Ashtin’s work evolved to reflect a more holistic understanding of wellness particularly for women over 35 who experience chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, and a sense of disconnection from their bodies and inner rhythms. Drawing from her clinical foundation and whole-person philosophy, she now focuses on helping women cultivate calm, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves through gentle, wellness-centered practices that honor the emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions of healing.

Ashtin’s approach is rooted in the belief that true well-being does not come from pushing harder, but from slowing down, listening inward, and creating a sense of safety within. Her work emphasizes nervous system awareness, emotional steadiness, self-trust, and sustainable rhythms that support long-term wellness.

In addition to her clinical leadership, Ashtin is a course creator and guide for women seeking a softer, more supportive path to feeling whole again. Her work bridges professional expertise with intuitive care, empowering women to redefine wellness on their own terms.

Ashtin continues to lead The Resource Center LA while expanding her wellness offerings for women, guided by the mission of helping others feel grounded, balanced, and at home within themselves.
